It kind of physically hurts to look at this picture now. But it helps me become even more sure that I’m never, ever going back to that weight again.
Before- 160 lbs, 31.5 inch waist
During- 130 lbs, 27.5 inch waist
Please bear in mind that none of these were taken in flattering lights. I looked much better (and less lumpy and pregnant!) at 160 than this pic would have you believe. I also look better in person now than in the photo. Just saying. :)
